We are going to hold an election for next year’s positions at the March 2010 meeting. If you would like to make a nomination, please contact me by email or mail to let me know who you want to nominate and for what position. Please include your full name and your ASHRAE membership ID number. Nominations will be accepted starting January 13th 2010 through February 10th 2010. I will accept written nominations during the February 10th Dinner Meeting as well.
We will send out a list of candidates via email after Feb 10th. Members can submit their ballot by email or they can mail directly to me. March 10th will be the last day to submit the ballot. Members can also submit the ballot during the March 10th Lunch Meeting.
All positions are open for election, however, we really need to elect our Treasurer and two Board Members for the 2010-2011 year.
Our February Meeting will be a Dinner Meeting at Three Flames Restaurant on Feb. 10th. Our speaker, Mark Hydeman will talk about “Title-24 2008 & 2011”. Please RSVP by 5pm on February 5th to jchin(at)westernallied.com.
